DURATION - MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY FOR 3 WEEKS,12 CLASSES(TUESDAYS NO CLASS)
TIMING - 9AM TO 10AM
FEES- RS 8260 INCL GST
VENUE - SLOHH BY ROACH CURIO COLLECTION BY HILTON HOTEL, VARTHUR MAIN ROAD - WHITEFIELD
KIDS ABOVE 12 YEARS CAN ALSO JOIN THIS BATCH
REFUND POLICY:
BEFORE START OF BATCH: 50% DEDUCTION
AFTER BATCH START: NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
MAKE UP CLASSES / BATCH EXTENSION : MAX OF 2 EXTENSION CLASSES WILL BE GIVEN IF A MAIL IS SENT TO INFO@NISHAMILLET.COM AT THE END OF THE BATCH. SCHEDULING OF THE 2 MAKE UP CLASSES IS AT THE END OF THE IMMEDIATE NEXT BATCH AND CANNOT BE CARRIED FURTHER. IF THE MAKE UP CLASSES CANNOT BE ATTENDED ON THE DATES SCHEDULED IT WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED.
TRANSFER OF ENTIRE BATCH TO A FUTURE BATCH FOR MEDICAL/ TRAVEL REASONS ETC WILL BE SUBJECT TO CHARGE OF 50% OF ORIGINAL FEE.
TEMPERATURE
THIS IS A TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED POOL,SO THE POOL WATER WILL BE NORMAL,NOT HOT. IN CASE OF RAIN / EXTREME COLD THE PARTICIPANTS WILL STILL FEEL COLD AS THE WIND WILL COOL THE SURFACE OF THE WATER. NO REFUND REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THIS REGARD.
HOTEL FACILITIES :
PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT FOR SWIMMING CLASSES ONLY ENTITLES PARTICIPANTS TO USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AT THE ALLOTTED TIME OF CLASS. SPA FACILITIES OF THE HOTEL WILL NEED TO BE PAID FOR SEPARATELY IF USED.
Other Terms and Conditions:
1) Any Loss / Damage to the pool premises or property will need to be made good to the pool authorities.
2) Any applicant below the age of 18 can participate in the swimming program only with parental permission
4) The right to close the pool for maintenance/rain etc is reserved by the management. In case pool is closed for maintenance, the participants access will be extended to cover for the loss of days and classes extended.
Completion of payment would imply your express consent to the following terms and liability disclaimers :
I hereby agree that I will not hold Nisha Millet’s Swimming Academy or Charishma Hotels Pvt Ltd and their respective representatives responsible for any loss/damage of life or property of me / my child.
I hereby declare that I have read the terms and conditions mentioned above and that I / my child will adhere to the rules and decorum of the pool and in the event that the rules of the club are not adhered to that I / my child can be barred from the club without any refund being made.
I hereby declare that I am free from any injury / communicable disease and have been deemed medically fit to participate in the program. I further declare that I am not covid positive,have no heart conditions and do not suffer from any form of epileptic or other fits.
