TEMPERATURE: THIS IS NOT A TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED POOL. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF PARTICIPANT CANNOT ADJUST TO THE TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER.
SHOWER FACILITIES: SHOWER FACILITIES ARE LIMITED AT THE HOTEL AND MIGHT REQUIRE WAIT TIME. PLEASE NOTE NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IN THIS REGARD SO IF THIS IS AN ISSUE PLEASE CHECK THE FACILITY BY VISITING IN ADVANCE OF SIGNING UP.

WEEKDAY ADULTS BEGINNER INTERMEDIATE BATCH
DATES - SEPTEMBER 14TH TO OCTOBER 2ND
DURATION - MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY FOR 3 WEEKS,12 CLASSES (TUESDAY HOLIDAY)
TIMING- 6PM TO 7PM
VENUE - MERCURE HOTEL, KORAMANGALA
KIDS WHO ARE ABOVE 10 YEARS AND CAN STAND IN THE SHALLOW ENED OF THE POOL WITHOUT REQUIRING THE INSTURCTORS HELP CAN JOIN ADULT BATCHES
MAKE UP CLASSES : MAX OF 2 EXTENSION CLASSES WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. A MAIL NEEDS TO BE SENT TO US AT THE END OF THE BATCH.
SCHEDULING OF MAKE UP CLASSES IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ACADEMY AS IT IS DEPENDENT ON SLOT AVAILABILITY SO WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN THIS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED AT THE END OF THE NEXT BATCH. IF THE PARTICIPANT CANNOT ATTEND MAKE UP CLASS ON THE DATES SCHEDULED BY THE ACADEMY THE CLASSES WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED.
REFUND POLICY / TRANSFER OF BATCH:
ONCE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED UPTO 2 DAYS (48 HOURS) PRIOR TO BATCH START DATE: 50% OF FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED AND BALANCE 50% WILL BE REFUNDED.
FROM 24 HOURS TILL BATCH START OR ONCE BATCH HAS STARTED : NO REFUND
TRANSFER OF BATCH TO FUTURE BATCHES : WILL ONLY BE POSSIBLE IN CASE OF MEDICAL ISSUES (MEDICAL DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED) ADDITIONALLY THIS IS BASED ON AVAILABILITY. IN CASE A BATCH IS NOT AVAILABLE OR IN CASE OF SUMMER BATCHES THE BATCH TRANSFER WILL BE TO AN OFF SEASON BATCH.
Terms and Conditions:
1) Registration is complete only on payment of complete fees
2) Any Loss / Damage to the pool premises or property will need to be made good to the pool authorities.
3) Any applicant below the age of 18 can participate in the swimming program only with parental permission/ parent would need to fill out and sign the covid declaration form.
4) The right to close the pool for maintenance/rain etc is reserved by the management. In case pool is closed for maintenance, the participants ID card will be extended to cover for the loss of days and classes extended.
Completion of payment would imply your express consent to the following terms and disclaimers :
I hereby agree that I will not hold Nisha Millet’s Swimming Academy or Grand Mercure hotel and their respective representatives responsible for any loss/damage of life or property of me / my child.
I hereby declare that I have read the terms and conditions mentioned above and that I / my child will adhere to the rules and decorum of the pool and in the event that the rules of the club are not adhered to that I / my child can be barred from the club without any refund being made.
I hereby declare that I am free from any injury / communicable disease and have been deemed medically fit to participate in the program. I further declare that I am not covid positive, have no heart conditions and do not suffer from any form of epileptic or other fits.
