DURATION - SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FOR 6 WEEKENDS,12 CLASSES
TIMING - 5PM TO 6PM
FEES- RS 6900 INCL GST
VENUE - THE AMAATRA ACADEMY, SARJAPUR
**PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM FREE, BACK AND SOME BREASTSTROKE INDEPENDENTLY**
TEMPERATURE
THIS IS AN INDOOR TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED POOL,THE POOL WATER WILL BE NORMAL NOT HOT. NO REFUND REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THIS REGARD IF THE PARTICIPANT CANNOT ADJUST TO THE TEMPERATURE.
***IN CASE OF KIDS BATCHES ONE REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE FAMILY TO ACCOMPANY THE CHILD AND STAY BY THE POOL AT ALL TIMES TO OVERLOOK THE CLASS. COACH WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE CHILD TO THE TOILET ETC DURING CLASS***
REFUND POLICY / TRANSFER OF BATCH:
ONCE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED UPTO 2 DAYS (48 HOURS) PRIOR TO BATCH START DATE: 50% OF FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED AND BALANCE 50% WILL BE REFUNDED.
FROM 24 HOURS TILL BATCH START OR ONCE BATCH HAS STARTED : NO REFUND
TRANSFER OF BATCH TO FUTURE BATCHES : WILL ONLY BE POSSIBLE IN CASE OF MEDICAL ISSUES (MEDICAL DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED) ADDITIONALLY THIS IS BASED ON AVAILABILITY. IN CASE A BATCH IS NOT AVAILABLE OR IN CASE OF SUMMER BATCHES THE BATCH TRANSFER WILL BE TO AN OFF SEASON BATCH.
MAKE UP CLASSES :
**NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER THE OPTION OF ANY PAUSE IN CLASSES**
MAX OF 2 EXTENSION CLASSES WILL BE GIVEN IF A MAIL IS SENT TO INFO@NISHAMILLET.COM AT THE END OF THE BATCH. SCHEDULING OF THE 2 MAKE UP CLASSES IS AT THE END OF THE IMMEDIATE NEXT BATCH AND CANNOT BE CARRIED FURTHER. IF THE MAKE UP CLASSES CANNOT BE ATTENDED ON THE DATES SCHEDULED IT WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED.

Other Terms and Conditions:
1) Any Loss / Damage to the pool premises or property will need to be made good to the pool authorities.
2) Any applicant below the age of 18 can participate in the swimming program only with parental permission
4) The right to close the pool for maintenance/rain etc is reserved by the management. In case pool is closed for maintenance, the participants access will be extended to cover for the loss of days and classes extended.
Completion of payment would imply your express consent to the following terms and liability disclaimers :
I hereby agree that I will not hold Nisha Millet’s Swimming Academy or The Amaatra Academy and their respective representatives responsible for any loss/damage of life or property of me / my child.
I hereby declare that I have read the terms and conditions mentioned above and that I / my child will adhere to the rules and decorum of the pool and in the event that the rules of the club are not adhered to that I / my child can be barred from the club without any refund being made.
I hereby declare that I am free from any injury / communicable disease and have been deemed medically fit to participate in the program. I further declare that I am not covid positive, have no heart conditions and do not suffer from any form of epileptic or other fits.
