DURATION - SATURDAY & SUNDAY FOR 6 WEEKENDS, 12 CLASSES
TIMING - 8AM TO 9AM
FEES- RS 6300 INCL GST (PAYMENT GATEWAY FEES AND GST ON GATEWAY FEES ARE EXTRA & WILL BE CHARGED BY THE PAYMENT GATEWAY DIRECTLY)

KIDS WHO ARE ABOVE 10 YEARS CAN JOIN THIS BATCH
MAKE UP CLASSES : MAX OF 2 EXTENSION CLASSES WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. A MAIL NEEDS TO BE SENT TO US AT THE END OF THE BATCH.
SCHEDULING OF MAKE UP CLASSES IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ACADEMY AS IT IS DEPENDENT ON SLOT AVAILABILITY SO WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN THIS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED. IF THE PARTICIPANT CANNOT ATTEND MAKE UP CLASS ON THE DATES SCHEDULED BY THE ACADEMY THE CLASSES WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED.
REFUND POLICY:
INFORMED TO ACADEMY MORE THAN 4 DAYS PRIOR TO START OF BATCH: FULL REFUND
2 DAYS BEFORE START OF BATCH: 50% DEDUCTION
AFTER BATCH START: NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
TEMPERATURE
THIS IS A TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED POOL,SO THE POOL WATER WILL BE NORMAL,NOT HOT. IN CASE OF RAIN / EXTREME COLD THE PARTICIPANTS WILL STILL FEEL COLD AS THE WIND WILL COOL THE SURFACE OF THE WATER. NO REFUND REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THIS REGARD.
Other Terms and Conditions:
1) Any Loss / Damage to the pool premises or property will need to be made good to the pool authorities.
2) Any applicant below the age of 18 can participate in the swimming program only with parental permission
4) The right to close the pool for maintenance/rain etc is reserved by the management. In case pool is closed for maintenance, the participants access will be extended to cover for the loss of days and classes extended.
Completion of payment would imply your express consent to the following terms and liability disclaimers :
I hereby agree that I will not hold Nisha Millet’s Swimming Academy or XLR8 (Balance the Club) and their respective representatives responsible for any loss/damage of life or property of me / my child.
I hereby declare that I have read the terms and conditions mentioned above and that I / my child will adhere to the rules and decorum of the pool and in the event that the rules of the club are not adhered to that I / my child can be barred from the club without any refund being made.
I hereby declare that I am free from any injury / communicable disease and have been deemed medically fit to participate in the program. I further declare that I am not covid positive,have no heart conditions and do not suffer from any form of epileptic or other fits.
